By providing tutoring services through Tutor Hitch, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering as a tutor. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or provide tutoring services through Tutor Hitch.
"Tutor" refers to the individual providing tutoring services through Tutor Hitch."Client" refers to the individual or entity booking a tutoring session through Tutor Hitch."Service" refers to the tutoring services provided through Tutor Hitch."Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions.
Tutors must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.Tutors must be knowledgeable and compliant with sexual harassment laws and any other relevant laws.Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services and removal from the Tutor Hitch platform.
Tutors must keep an up-to-date schedule on the Tutor Hitch platform.Tutors are responsible for ensuring that their availability is accurate and up-to-date.Tutors must provide accurate and complete information when registering and updating their profiles.
Tutor Hitch does not conduct background checks on tutors or clients.Tutors provide services at their own risk.Tutor Hitch is not liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of any tutor or client.Tutors agree to release Tutor Hitch from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
Tutor Hitch does not guarantee the number of bookings or clients a tutor will receive.Tutors use the Service at their own risk.
Tutors acknowledge that clients found through Tutor Hitch must be retained through the Tutor Hitch platform.Tutors agree not to solicit or accept direct bookings from clients found through Tutor Hitch outside of the platform.Violation of this policy will result in immediate forfeiture of the tutor's subscription on the Tutor Hitch platform and a fine of $1000.
Tutors and clients agree to keep all personal information and details of the tutoring sessions confidential.
All materials provided by tutors are for personal use by the client only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the tutor's written consent.
Tutor Hitch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Tutor Hitch website and will become effective upon posting.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America.
By providing tutoring services through Tutor Hitch, tutors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.By checking the box, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
